A komon (着物) kimono, meaning "small pattern," is a casual type of kimono characterised by its repeating patterns, which can be printed, painted, or woven. It is considered one of the more informal styles of kimono and is typically worn for everyday activities, such as shopping or casual outings.Komon kimonos are versatile and can be made from various materials, including silk and synthetic fabrics, making them suitable for different occasions. They are popular for their aesthetic appeal and comfort, allowing wearers to enjoy traditional Japanese attire without the formality of more elaborate kimono
